A $1000 USD minimum order value is required. Please be aware that's the cost of freight against the value of the goods may make small orders uneconomical to ship

Can you deliver to my own freight forwarder in the UK?

Where do you ship to?
We reach most destinations
Do you send airfreight?
Yes if this is required, this is however a more expensive option to seafreight
What does 'express release' mean?
This is a service we can offer and a convenient way of clearing goods without the need to wait for and present original documentation
What are the implications of shipping Hazardous cargo?
Hazardous goods reduce the ability to ship with certain lines depending on their requirements and limitations
How do i know who the agent is in my port?
The Agent is usually mentioned on the bill of lading. We can also advise any contact details if required
When and how should i expect to recieve my shipping documnetation?
We aim to provide emailed documentation on the day we receive it from the shipping line. Any couriered documents will be sent out within 24hours
Who should i contact for a statement and payment information?

When are your offices clossed?

Are your Electrical Accessories suitable for all territories?
Our Accessories are based on the British Standard of 220/240 volts 50 Hz, and will only be suitable for the territories which have adopted those standards. If in doubt, please contact us for clarification
